As an athlete, your coaches guide your training, and your orthopedists fix your injuries…but who is tracking your physiology, immune system, hormone levels, and organ health?

The timeline
Elevate is a virtual healthcare program designed to fit in with your schedule and run alongside your training block.
We have 3 main goals:
Establish your health baseline
Monitor your health status continuously through blood work, objective and subjective stress markers, and other advanced diagnostics
Promptly intervene with personalized strategies (which can include nutritional and supplement plans, hormone therapy, targeted training techniques, rehabilitation, and more) that drive your progress in all areas of your training.
STEP 1
Baseline Assessment
First, we establish what your body’s “normal” day-to-day operations look like through a series of diagnostic tests, including: bloodwork, cardiac screenings, sleep studies, hormone panels, and more. We troubleshoot to find the underlying causes of any symptoms (such as muscle aches or low energy levels) you may be experiencing.
Our goal is to gain an intimate knowledge of your entire physiology and the performance status of each organ with respect to your specific sport.
STEP 2
Kickoff Visit
(60-90 Min)
This is your introductory meeting with your personal physician.
Here, your physician will interpret the results of your diagnostic tests, answer any questions you may have, and discuss your training history and athletic goals with you.
Then, you will work together to build your Prime Directives, your prioritized health action plan. This plan covers sleep protocols, nutrition adjustments, which supplements make sense for your unique biology, and any medical interventions we think you need.
STEP 3
Ongoing Monitoring
(Months 1-6)
In addition to interpreting your diagnostic results, your physician develops treatment plans, prescribes medications, and makes specialist referrals when necessary. You have continued access to your physician through text or e-mail.
Plus, our clinical team uses whatever wearable tracking device you have (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, etc) to continuously check on your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality, and training load. This real-time feedback allows us to make adjustments to your health plan and immediately alert you when one of your metrics looks off.
We communicate with your coach(es) to create a strong, cohesive support system around you and to ensure that we are serving you the best we can.
STEP 4
Mid-Program Check
(Month 3)
Around the half-way point of the program, we will re-test and analyze your key biomarkers, which provides your physician with a clear picture of how our Prime Directives are helping you and where we can make larger adjustments to your plan.
STEP 5
Final Check
(Month 6)
At the end of the 6 months, your biomarkers are tested again so you can have a clear picture of how your body adapted to our interventions. This meeting can occur either before or after the competitive event you’re building to.
Then, we create an After Action Plan, outlining next steps and biomarker targets for you as you continue on with your training. This plan will depend on your individual event and discussion of your specific needs with your physician.

FAQs
Your primary care physician is great for managing disease, but traditional healthcare systems are not set up to optimize elite athletic performance. Interpreting an athlete’s biomarker data is a specialized skill that most PCPs do not have, and they’re working within an insurance-based system that doesn’t support the kind of preventive, comprehensive healthcare we provide.
We understand that our testing menu is extensive. However, we also know that an athlete’s physiology is complex, and to help you reach your peak performance, we need an in-depth knowledge of all of your body’s systems.
Our goal is to cast a wide net to identify any potential health issues or limitations you could possibly have, so that we can optimize every aspect of your athletic ability.
When prescribed appropriately and monitored by a physician, yes. We use hormones only when your diagnostic data shows a clear indication that this type of therapy is needed, and only when the benefit-risk ratio makes sense for your specific situation. The effects of all of our interventions are tracked via serial bloodwork to ensure safety and efficacy.
We also provide preferred access to our partners who have the ability to perform stem cell therapies through the longevity clinic Quantum in the Bahamas.
