Our health plans are designed for hormone optimization and weight management. They may include hormone replacement therapy or peptide (e.g., GLP-1) recommendations, if necessary.
Hormone replacement therapies and peptide medications themselves are paid for directly by you. We guide you on what medications to order and where, based on your blood test results and discussions with your physician.
We will never upcharge you or stick you with any surprise fees.
How it works
Apply

Complete your intake form, which includes questions about your history, symptoms, and goals. Your physician reviews everything before your first appointment.
Take Your
Lab Tests
We coordinate bloodwork near where you live, testing your total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, estrogen, SHBG, thyroid, metabolic markers, and anything else your physician deems appropriate.
Physician
Review
Meet with your personal physician to discuss your intake form and blood test results, and co-create your health optimization protocol. Then, you will be guided on where to purchase safe hormone replacement therapies or peptides as appropriate.
Take follow-up blood tests for dosage refinement, and communicate directly with your physician throughout the duration of your membership. We stay by your side, even after your medications are ordered.
